call them, if they do not list an email address publicly, it probably means that they are not inclined to check emails frequently. Many rescues are old school when it comes to technology, they just have someone set up a basic website and they'd rather focus on the animals. If it is the agency that I found doing a quick search, they do not even list currently available animals.
