How to ask for a job vacancy through email?

first off don't use the greeting madam, use ma'am. madam has a negative connotation as in the madam of a house of prostitution. say something like, while visiting your website i see that inquiries regarding any job opportunities are to made via email. i am hoping you might have an opening that could benefit from my qualifications ( briefly list your qualifications/experience/education etc). thank you for your consideration and look forward to hearing from you. truly..... make it short and sweet, good luck.
