Need help about higher education.MBA?

Hi everyone. I have a plan to pursue my higher education in MBA from abroad. I have 3 years of work experience,68% in my graduation, 81% in intermediate and 85% in tenth. Now what i want to know is,how do we find out which University is better and which is not while deciding to apply. I mean can we enquire anywhere whether a university is proper and what is its ranking etc etc...because of recent frauds i am a bit hesitant and need some guidence. I have even heard that some universities give admission without IELTS or GMAT. Is that proper. I will be happy if anyone provides some more information. I am trying for MBA in europian countries.
